Mediation Fee Schedule

Our mediation fees are based on a per-party flat fee for half and full day mediations.    We have a fee schedule for routine personal injury mediations, and a separate fee schedule for employment, commercial and complex litigation matters.

Allowances are made for multiple parties on a single “side”, who are represented by the same counsel.
